Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern all sales of products made by KITSUNE GUARD on its website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and prices

Products for sale are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustration only and do not engage KITSUNE GUARD’s liability. Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, and include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Customers may choose to display prices and pay in US dollars (USD): prices are then converted at the day’s exchange rate and rounded, and the amount shown when the order is placed is the amount charged.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been made. KITSUNE GUARD reserves the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason, in particular in the event of a previous dispute or doubts about the customer’s solvency.

4. Payment

Payment is due when ordering. It is made by bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna, through the secure payment solutions offered on the website. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicative. KITSUNE GUARD is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 15 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason, and to obtain a refund for the product returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or non-compliant, in which case KITSUNE GUARD covers the return under the legal guarantee of conformity.

7. Warranty

KITSUNE GUARD guarantees its products against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

KITSUNE GUARD cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of its products. Liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

10.
