Opening lottery rules

1. Organizer

The KITSUNE GUARD opening lottery (the “lottery”) is organized by Ramzi BENBAHRI, SIREN 838195949, 2 passage Roquemaurel D404, 31300 Toulouse, France, publisher of the website kitsuneguard.com (the “organizer”).

2. Duration

The lottery starts when the online shop opens, scheduled for November 1, 2026. It ends as soon as either of these two conditions is met: 100 paid orders have been placed on the website since opening, or all 50 prizes have been awarded.

3. Eligibility

The lottery is open to any individual residing in mainland France. Minors take part under the responsibility of their legal guardian. Entry is free and only possible on kitsuneguard.com, from the “Win your Box” window.

Only one entry is allowed per email address. Any attempt at fraud (multiple addresses created for the purpose, use of bots, etc.) will result in the cancellation of the entries and prizes concerned.

4. How it works

The participant enters their email address, then spins the wheel. The result is displayed immediately. Each entry has a 1 in 2 chance of winning, as long as prizes remain available.

5. Prizes

50 prizes are up for grabs. Each prize is a Pokémon TCG Box (deck box with magnetic closure) with an indicative retail value of €24.99. Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash or a voucher.

6. Prize delivery

The prize is reserved for the winner for 2 hours after entering. To receive it, the winner must place and pay for an order on kitsuneguard.com with the same email address within that time: the Box is then added to the order free of charge and shipped with it. A reminder email is sent after one hour.

If no paid order is placed within 2 hours, the prize is cancelled and returned to the draw. Prizes are only awarded on the first 100 paid orders since opening. If the entire order is withdrawn, the Box must be returned with the products.

7. Personal data

The email address entered is used to manage the entry, send the reminder email and award the prize when ordering. It is only used to send news and offers if the participant has ticked the box provided for this purpose. Participants can exercise their rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to contact@kitsuneguard.com. More details in our privacy policy.

8. Liability

The organizer cannot be held liable for any technical malfunction preventing participation, or for an incorrect email address entered by the participant. The organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the lottery if circumstances so require.

9. Acceptance of the rules
